Google Event – June 23, 2022
Did you know that in 2021, Google helped provide $320M of economic activity for tens of thousands of Hawaii businesses, nonprofits, publishers, creators, and developers?
That’s right! Google is busy creating economic opportunity in the Aloha State, and our next TRUE event is a perfect example of that.
On Thursday, June 23, we’re partnering with Google to host a free Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) event. Join this hands-on, lab focused session where attendees will build AI/ML marketing analytics solutions on Google Cloud. Google experts will be on hand to guide you on your journey. Seating is limited to the first 30 people.

- 87,000+ Hawaii businesses: More than 87,000 Hawaii businesses received requests for directions, phone calls, bookings reviews, and other direct connections to their customers from Google in 2021.
- Google Cloud is working to build on-island partnerships with key IT providers, such as Hawaiian Telcom and Servpac as this effort will further enable Google to serve the local community.
- Since 2011, Google for Nonprofits has supported more than 1,100 nonprofits in Hawaii.
- In 2020, Google.org provided over $1.77M in free search advertising to Hawaii nonprofits through the Google Ad Grants program.
- The State of Hawaii worked with Google Cloud to build the Safe Travels program, allowing it to collect and track travel and health information for all visitors. View the case study here.
