Leilani Farinas, executive director of TRUE, stepped into the role at the start of the year.
Technology Readiness User Evaluation is an initiative of Hawaii Executive Collaborative, or HEC, launched in 2019 and dedicated to helping the asset limited, income constrained, employed, or ALICE, household by tech-enabling Hawaii’s businesses and workforce, Farinas told Pacific Business News. Its mission is to accelerate the adoption of technology in Hawaii.
