What is CLM and How Can It Help Optimize Business Processes?

Contract lifecycle management (CLM) may not be the most glamorous part of the sales process, but it is critical to the overall health of the organization. When contracts are updated quickly, based on accurate information, and administered effectively, it benefits both the company and the customer.

Overview

Contract lifecycle management (CLM) may not be the most glamorous part of the sales process, but it is critical to the overall health of the organization. When contracts are updated quickly, based on accurate information, and administered effectively, it benefits both the company and the customer. CLM software is an important tool that helps you simplify the process, serve the needs of your customers, and drive additional value for the company.

The Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA) recognized how CLM could drive significant value for our State, but many important historical records were stored on paper in filing cabinets, making it difficult to reference.
This is the challenge the DCCA was facing when they implemented DocuSign eSignature and Contract Lifecycle Management solutions to digitize document workflows.

Dean Hazama, former DCCA Business officer will share the organization’s digital transformation journey and what it took to get there, along with Deena Tearney, CEO of Hawaii’s leading tech IT consultants Pacific Point. Mary Moss, Account Executive, DocuSign will also present on the powerful platform’s integration capabilities.

Join us for a networking breakfast, followed by talk story with Dean and Deena as they share the DCCA’s use case and how it impacted the agency’s business operations for the better.

When: Thursday, September 1 @ 8 am
Where: Entrepreneurs Sandbox – 843 Ilalo St. Hon. HI 96813
